If you cannot find a gold listing for the desired piece, please email us at info@karatsnmor.com to obtain a quote. Please allow time for us to get back to you with a quote and planning in advance of the deadline is advised.

Yes absolutely, just choose to collect in-store online at the checkout!

Yes, we sometimes accept bespoke commissions at certain times of the year. Pre-Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day is less likely but feel free to email us a photo/ brief to info@karatsnmor.com

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if within 8 days of purchase you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you a full refund credited to the card or original method used in the original sales transaction. Please note that goods must be returned in perfect condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging along with your completed returns note. Custom or engraved items are non-returnable/non-refundable.

At the moment, we only deliver within Nigeria. All other locations such as, Africa, United States, UK and Canada are available on request via e-mail. We hope to deliver globally soon
