DELIVERY
Our deliveries are processed through Delivery Courier.
For deliveries abroad, karatnmor doesn’t deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you’ll have to ensure the delivery address is within Nigeria.
Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day one of our delivery associates makes a first attempt to deliver to you. Standard delivery time is 3-4 days however, this may vary by location and even product.
RETURN POLICY
KaratNmor offers a 7 day return window for items that meet the requirements for return. Please contact us via any of our contact channels within seven days of delivery and we will ensure you get a resolution.
STEP 1: Send a Complaint
Include pictures of the product that was delivered to help@karatsnmor.com as a means of evidence the reason for the return and give us more details to help us identify the issue with the product.
STEP 2: Return after Authorization
Once your claim is validated, we will provide information on the most suitable means of getting the item from you.
STEP 3: Choose your ideal return process
Return the item yourself to one of our eligible drop-off stations or let us handle it by picking-up the item from you.
